Homemade Cornbread From Scratch With Rebecca






Dry Ingredients
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Corn Meal
1 Table Spoon Baking Powder
2 Table Spoons Sugar
Pinch of Salt

Wet Ingredients
1 Cup Milk
1/4th Cup Canola Oil (or Vegetable Oil)
2 Eggs

Additional Ingredients to Flavor as Desired
Jalapenos
Chilies
Sun-Dried Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
1/2 - 3/4 Corn Kernels Strained
Cut up bacon strips

Directions
Preheat Oven 425
Mix Dry Ingredients
Mix Wet Ingredients
Combine and Mix Dry Ingredients with Wet Ingredients
pour mixture into lightly floured pan
Cook 20 - 25 min (top golden brown & inserted toothpick comes out clean)
